Courage First aims to assist and support athletes, parents, coaches, and sports communities who are concerned about emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Courage First’s team of athlete-centered counselors offer confidential support and resources through calls, text, and online chat.

Lake County Crisis and Compass Support Line
For emergencies, the Crisis & Suicide Intervention Hotline is available 24/7 at 440-953-8255. For non-urgent needs, call (440) 350-2000, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.- the Compass Line will connect you with a trained specialist – someone who can help you sort through your feelings, evaluate your options, and get you connected quickly and firmly with the right local resources.

The Counseling Center of Wayne and Holmes Counties
Provides comprehensive and confidential mental health services in Wayne and Holmes Counties. Services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis and can be arranged by calling any office location.
