Offers protective shelter to women and their children fleeing an abusive environment and who cannot safely remain in their current residence. Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board

Services include a safety net for people of all ages who otherwise could not afford mental health and recovery services, intensive home-based services for children with emotional disabilities and their families, community-based care for individuals with serious mental illness in a supervised and supportive environment, school-based counseling services, recovery housing, prevention programming in each county school district, and specialty docket drug programs in Columbiana County and East Liverpool Municipal Courts.
