Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board
Services include a safety net for people of all ages who otherwise could not afford mental health and recovery services, intensive home-based services for children with emotional disabilities and their families, community-based care for individuals with serious mental illness in a supervised and supportive environment, school-based counseling services, recovery housing, prevention programming in each county school district, and specialty docket drug programs in Columbiana County and East Liverpool Municipal Courts.
